Follow the production chain from core preparation and winding manufacture to insulation processing and electrical inspection. Explore the equipment, workstations and transformer assembly areas in our factory photographs.
Sheet-metal cutting and laboratory material inspection support the preparation of components for transformer production.
Sheet-metal cutting
A gantry cutting machine works across a flat metal sheet, with operators attending the station. This equipment prepares sheet-metal components for fabrication.
Material inspection
Laboratory staff examine samples using a microscope and benchtop instruments. Material checks support component selection and production quality control.
02 / CORE PREPARATION
Building the magnetic core.
Transformer cores are built from steel laminations. These photographs show lamination cutting and automated stacking equipment used in core preparation.
Core lamination cutting
Steel laminations, material reels and cutting equipment are arranged along the core-preparation line. Cutting and organizing the laminations prepares the material for transformer core assembly.
Automated core-stacking cell
A robotic arm transfers flat steel pieces within a guarded work cell. The handling and stacking equipment supports transformer core preparation.
03 / WINDING PRODUCTION
From conductor to coil.
Foil winding and conductor winding use different machine arrangements. The photographs show foil feeding through rollers and operators at individual coil-winding stations.
Foil winding
Conductor and insulation supply reels, guiding rollers and operator controls form the foil-winding station. The equipment supports the manufacture of transformer windings.
Coil winding
Operators work at a row of winding stations, with conductor supply reels beside the machines. The stations form insulated conductor into transformer windings.
04 / PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
Drying and process equipment.
The production facility includes enclosed ovens and large sealed processing chambers. The equipment shown below is described individually.
Industrial drying ovens
Enclosed ovens are equipped with overhead ducting and floor-level loading rails. This arrangement supports oven-based drying and thermal processing of transformer components.
Insulation treatment chambers
Sealed cylindrical chambers, loading rails and elevated service platforms form the insulation-treatment area. Process requirements are selected for the winding and insulation system specified for the order.
05 / ELECTRICAL INSPECTION
Checking the completed units.
Inspection work continues after production. This photograph shows a technician using portable electrical instruments at the transformer terminals.
Electrical inspection
A technician connects portable instruments to the terminals of completed transformer units. The photograph shows electrical checks being carried out along a row of units.
06 / INSIDE THE FACILITY
Space for every operation.
Workshop layouts, material handling and coil storage support the manufacturing work. These views show the production environment and components between operations.
Winding production area
A view along the winding workshop shows production machines, operator panels and a marked access aisle.
Winding equipment layout
Winding machines and supply reels are arranged in individual work areas within the workshop.
Production hall
A wide workshop view shows workstations, components awaiting the next operation and overhead lifting equipment.
Component work area
Equipment, material reels and work surfaces occupy a marked production bay with overhead lifting access.
Coil storage and staging
Wound coils are held on dedicated shelving beside a clear access aisle, ready for subsequent production operations.
See the equipment and the production environment behind it: complete units, assembly workstations and construction details. Use the product model tables and approved drawings to define the transformer required for your project.
The workshop view brings multiple transformer units into one frame, showing cast-resin coil assemblies, accessible terminals, control displays and cooling fans. Review the equipment arrangement and order-specific configuration with our team.
Raised assembly platforms, overhead crane equipment and space between workstations support the handling and assembly of transformer units. This view shows the workshop layout around the coil assemblies.
TALK TO JIADEST
Discuss the requirements behind your transformer.
Share your application, rated capacity, voltages and inspection requirements. Our team can discuss the production details and documentation relevant to your order.
We design and manufacture power transformers to the applicable IEC 60076 requirements agreed for each order. The technical agreement records the standard edition, transformer ratings, acceptance criteria and test documentation.
