Overview

UN/DN/FN series for butt-welding and seam-welding machines use precision-cut quality silicon-steel laminations. The brochure describes low losses, low no-load current, low secondary voltage, high current and adjustable welding current.

Forced-water-cooled construction with single-phase 380 V supply. The brochure highlights operating reliability, welding efficiency, speed and joint strength, with reduced welding cost. Suitable for multiple materials, especially cold-rolled sheet, galvanised sheet and cold-drawn bar.

Applications

For small and medium weldments in low-carbon and low-alloy steels, wire and stainless-steel sheet, including oil tanks, basins, cans and drums. Industries include hardware, domestic appliances, automotive, power equipment and sheet-metal manufacturing.

Customisation

Other ratings and dimensions can be manufactured as non-standard transformers to customer requirements.
